Mr. Kessler has been an attorney since 1969, and is licensed in Illinois and Florida, as well as being licensed to practice before the United States District Court for Northern District of Illinois, 7TH Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court. He has been a lecturer for the Chicago Bar Association, the Decalogue Society, the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services agency, and other legal organizations. and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association Traffic Laws Committee, where he was Chair of the Committee from 1997 to 2001.
